  • Acting for the Borrower, Sandfire Resources Limited on the financing of the expansion Motheo Copper Mine in Botswana in a loan syndication transaction.
  • Acting for the Borrower by setting-up of a debt guarantor structure for  the development, design, financing, construction, and operation of solar PV renewable energy facilities to be located at Selebi Phikwe, including their associated connection infrastructure, to supply 50MWac of power under a 25-year PPA to BPC in Botswana.
  • Legal advisor to the Transaction Advisory Team for the expansion and development of the Tshele Hills Project based in Gaborone through a Public Private Partnership arrangement. The Project intends to increase the national fuel storage capacity at the Tshele Hills depot and secure national fuel supply in Botswana.
